The mother (original Hylek Race Team) is a half-sister to ‘Hylek Pride’ – the 2025 Florida Pigeon Derby Final Race winner, winning $275,000 for Hylek Race Team. This bird and his nestmate were very late bred last year and were too good in the hand to not hold onto for this year’s breeding program. We are sharing this bird on  Peter’s request to include in this week’s auction something we bred specifically for our breeding loft that we are excited about this year. It was hard to decide which sibling to include – they are both just too good in the hand – so we flipped a coin.
