First bird banded in 2025, and with such high hopes. Had a hawk attack, and he came back hurt so I stopped him. As it turns out, he's closely bred to the 2025 Upper Canada  OLR Winner, just inverted in the pedigree. Just last week, Tom VanGaver had a record-selling auction in Belgium with 112 birds bringing in over 1 million euros.  Extremely successful and versatile birds winning in OLRs and combines.
